FAQ
Why does the MIME type sometimes show as empty?
Some browsers cannot determine a MIME type for unknown extensions — the file still inspects fine.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The inspector uses the File API locally; there is no network activity.
What does EXIF availability mean?
It reports whether JPEG photos contain an EXIF metadata block — use the Image Metadata tool to view or strip it.
